How many people would say that they are spiritual, but not religious? There is a natural fascination with the spiritual, even in individuals who vehemently shy away from organized religion. What is it about mysticism that is so fascinating? Is it a holdover from our childhood, a preoccupation with make-believe, or is it indicative of something integral to our being? Whatever the source of the fascination, it exists.  When indulged in, this fascination can be fawned over in an outrageous fantasy that disregards all semblance of reality, or it can be channeled into a reasoned speculative exploration.  It is this latter approach that we focus on here at InVivo.
